Our mission at Open Gates to Fly..., is to make sure every child individually cultivates their gifts and talents, thereby developing within, high self-esteem, confidence and the ability to soar academically.
We have developed a curriculum using proven theories and studies that will increase competiveness, a hunger for high achievements and high self-esteem.
Team building is necessary for the parents and children of Plainfield to ensure the “no child left behind” act. Our mission is to empower our children for their future through high achievements in academics and information technology literacy.Open Gates to Fly Enrichment School of Tutoring has always been a dream that we are making a reality. Dr. L. M. Jackson has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Studies/Public Policy, Master’s Degree in Education, Doctorate in Education and NJ State Teacher’s License. Dr. L. Jackson is a life-long resident of Plainfield.

Ms. Jamila A. Jackson has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Studies/Public Policy, Master's Degree in Education and School Administration, CDA & P-3 license and is currently a teacher in the Newark school district. Dr. Mary E. Daniels-Jackson has a Degree in Urban Studies/Public Policy, Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and Business Management, Master's Degree in Education, Doctoral Degree in Education and many years of experience working with children. A residence of Plainfield for over 35years. She believes in community and political involvement, in addition to, that education is liberation.

Mr. Eddie W. Daniels has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Studies and Finance.
